Sounds Like Old Stuff Again September 2, 2010 Nexter (Quebec, Canada) Even if they made some upgrade around the game for the building system and new units it still the same old game, You can easily see the same concept used in Warcraft 3 Reign of Chaos. Batlle Net System is the major asset from this game. They made their upgrades for it and which render playing online the most valuable choice. The Campaign storyline is great but that's all stuff I've seen before from them. Clearly they made this game for the 90s, not sure you can really improve any RTS. By playing this I think I know that RTS game for me are over, I thought it would be different with Starcraft 2 but it's not. Graphics are still very cartoon like World of Warcraft except a few extra shade upgrade and animation in cutscene are the worst.
Starcraft 2 is not and won't be for me the game of the year, there are far greater games and companies out there that prove themself for us.
Great game, some stability issue September 1, 2010 Laurent Best strategy game ever: single player is just enough complex to be a lot of fun. Story catch up couple of years after broodwar, for a fan like me it's everything i was hoping for.
Multiplayer is also very fun, convivial, chalenging but balanced, online game give a full second life to the game.
On a darker note, altough i have a Good computer, way above requirement, i find myself having to hard reboot my computer every now and then. The stability is an issue well documented on blizzard tech forum. Be carefull.
Good purchase September 1, 2010 Fred Very good product and good service from Amazon. When the product was not available anywhere in Collector Edition, Amazon was able to ship it to me in less than 5 days.

Starcraft II Wings review August 29, 2010 H. Purssey (Toronto, ON CAN) I love how Blizzard tried to reinvent the RTS style of play for this sequel. I was just expecting a refresh of the graphics and a new story but they have gone so much farther. The story line could have been made into a good movie just by itself. I think Blizzard have outdone themselves with this update to Starcraft
